RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts for the provision of lodging services—other than residential lodging—provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

Any reservation, subject to receipt of confirmation by email, is therefore firm and final.

At the time of booking, the customer is informed of the cancellation terms for the rate they have selected.
Currently, there are two rates:
“Non-refundable, non-cancellable”: Once the booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is charged and is non-refundable. A security deposit equal to 100% of the total reservation amount, excluding extras, is charged at the time of booking.
“Flexible”: Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time as indicated in the reservation confirmation email. If the reservation is canceled after this deadline or if the guest does not check in at the hotel, the first night’s stay, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit or credit card used by the guest at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.
